A smaller garden
The smallest BERG models we list are the 200cm round Favorit and the 200cm square Champion FlatGround. The next round size up is 270cm. BERG's manual gives the free space each model needs, and we check that against your measurements before recommending one.

A garden open to the wind
A trampoline set into the ground catches far less wind than one on legs. An InGround sits in the lawn with a low raised edge (from €339); a FlatGround sits completely level with it (from €699). Bear in mind that a safety net still catches wind. Both types need groundwork, which we do not carry out: see who installs a trampoline.

A long or narrow space
Where a round trampoline would not fit the shape of the space, look at an oval (BERG calls these Grand) or a rectangular model (Ultim). Ovals are made as InGround or above-ground trampolines. Rectangular models are also made as FlatGround.

Teenagers and adults
The Pro Bouncer is BERG's top range, rated for users up to 120kg. It has TwinSpring Pro springs and a protective edge 60mm thick, 49cm wide. It is a large trampoline, 16 x 10ft or 16 x 16ft, made as a FlatGround or above ground, from €2,829.

Keeping the cost down, or buying to keep
Favorit is the entry range, from €339, with SoloSpring springs and a frame warranty of 8 years. Champion moves to TwinSpring springs and a 13 years frame warranty. Elite, from €1,109, has the same springs and mat as Champion with heavier frame tubing and a 5 year padding warranty. Above-ground trampolines start at €449.
