Trampoline Installation in Northern Ireland: Who Does It
The short answer: we supply and deliver BERG trampolines, and we do not install them. This page explains who does, depending on the type of trampoline, and what to sort out before you order.
Above-ground trampolines
A trampoline on legs needs no groundwork. It is assembled following BERG's manual, which is supplied with the trampoline.
If you would rather not put it together yourself, ask us and we can put you in touch with an independent installer.
InGround and FlatGround trampolines
These are set into the lawn, so they need groundwork. That is done by an independent installer, a landscaper or a builder, who looks at your garden, quotes you directly and follows BERG's manual.
We can put you in touch with an independent installer. The arrangement and the price are between you and them.
Why we do not publish installation instructions
Every garden is different, and the right way to do the groundwork depends on the model and on what the installer finds on site. BERG's manual for each model is the reference. We do not publish our own measurements or send pit drawings, because the person doing the work should be working from BERG's manual and from the garden in front of them.
What to decide before ordering
- Which type you want: above ground, InGround (low raised edge) or FlatGround (level with the lawn).
- The shape and size, checked against the space you have. We do this with you in the garden consultation.
- Whether you want a safety net. Some FlatGround models are sold without one.
- Where in the garden it will go, and how an installer would get access to that spot.
- Who will do the groundwork, and when they are free. It is worth agreeing this before the trampoline is ordered.
The free garden consultation covers the first three. Send photos and rough measurements and we will recommend a model. If a landscaper or builder is already involved, tell us, so we can confirm the exact model for them.
Questions to ask an installer
- Have you fitted a BERG InGround or FlatGround trampoline before?
- Will you follow BERG's manual for this exact model?
- Will you come and look at the garden before quoting?
- What does your quote include, and what would be extra?
- What happens to the soil that is dug out?
- How will you deal with drainage in my garden?
- How will the lawn and access route be left afterwards?
- When can you start, and do you need the trampoline on site first?

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you install trampolines in Northern Ireland?+
No. We supply and deliver BERG trampolines but do not install them. We can put you in touch with an independent installer.
Who does the groundwork for an InGround or FlatGround trampoline?+
An independent installer, a landscaper or a builder. They look at your garden and quote you directly, and the work follows BERG's manual for the model you have bought.
How much does installation cost?+
We do not quote for installation because we do not carry it out. The installer, landscaper or builder prices the job after looking at your garden.
Can you send me the dimensions for the hole?+
We do not send pit drawings. BERG's manual for your model sets out what is required, and your installer works from that.
Can I put up an above-ground trampoline myself?+
Above-ground trampolines are assembled following BERG's manual, which comes with the trampoline. No groundwork is involved.
Not sure which type suits your garden?
Send us a couple of photos and rough measurements. We will recommend a size and shape and give you a delivered price. It is free and there is no obligation.
